Job Description

Candidate should have experience in Execution of Data Centre projects in Electrical field.

Responsible for effective project management through coordination, implementation, execution, control of single/multiple MEP projects, ensuring profitability, cash flows and demonstrating Superior Project Delivery through 3C execution excellence, modern execution practices and customer satisfaction.

  • Project Management: Review and monitor Single/multiple MEP projects in the region by using expert knowhow of construction projects in all its aspects design, function, installations and coordination with other verticals. Provide the planning input for the installation works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site. Provide support for course correction. Drive efficiencies and productivity, Ensure quality and timeliness of project execution.

  • Financial Controls: Improve average Capital Employed as per defined plan by collecting outstanding payment in time for ongoing and legacy projects and ensure minimizing REB through timely invoicing. Monthly Collection as per defined plan. Ensure implementation of all operational financial controls, adherence to policy guidelines at all levels and transparency in reporting. Ensure positive Cash flow, capital control, debt control, bottom-line, PMC & Labour cost control. Timely monitoring of CVR and generating on time MPR (Monthly Project Report)

  • Resource management & Productivity Enhancement: Right allocation of Project wise staffing and ensure timely login approvals. Optimum project wise deployment of resources including FTE's, Foreman. Ensuring Productivity enhancement at project sites through RMG driven initiatives on key areas viz., Project Associates (PA), Foreman cadre and Workmen and drive transparency in work order processing and PA payout model.

  • Customer Relationship: Reaching out to stake holders mainly customers/PMC and consultants for updating regarding project progress and resolution of pending issues. Ensure delivery of customer expectations and build a strong relationship with the customer.

  • Excellence Program: Deliver Value proposition of "Superior Project Delivery" at projects sites through demonstration of initiatives as per 3C excellence program.

  • Audits & Safety Practices: Review and certify the monthly invoicing of the contractors/subcontractors. Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors and enforce corrective/improvement measures. Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual. Ensure Compliance to statutory and safety practices at all project sites.

  • Monitor EHS score card and take adequate action for effective implementation of EHS programs.
