Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the Head of Sales and Business Development. The individual will be tasked with leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, handling account management, and driving business growth. The role also includes analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proven Account Management experience
  • Exceptional Team Management abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
