Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales, developing business strategies, maintaining client accounts, and overseeing team management. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, developing business strategies, and managing customer relationships to drive growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and effectively manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
