Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Kanpur. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate and promote the range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, provide detailed product information, and guide clients through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also work closely with the sales team to execute marketing and promotional activities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Sales expertise, negotiation skills, and familiarity with achieving sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting products and handling client queries
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products and an interest in luxury vehicles
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in business or marketing is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license is required
