Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive at Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida, your main responsibility will be to handle outbound calls to clients and customers, manage inbound queries professionally, draft and respond to emails efficiently, maintain call records, and collaborate with internal teams when necessary. Good communication skills in English and proficiency in using a computer for calls and emails are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to clients and customers - Handle inbound queries in a professional manner - Draft and respond to emails clearly and efficiently - Maintain call records - Coordinate with internal teams as needed Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Basic computer skills, especially in email writing - Willingness to engage in both outbound and inbound sales activities Additional Details: This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are dedicated and proactive. It is specifically available for male candidates. The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 22,000 per month, depending on interview performance. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
