Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at the Kanpur Nagar location. Responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, promoting LIC HFL's financial products, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will manage customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely completion of loan applications. Additional duties include market research to gather insights, maintaining sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including expertise in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of housing finance products and the ability to explain product offerings clearly.
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales reporting tools or methodologies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility requirements: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and prior experience in sales or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site team-oriented environment with a results-driven approach.
