We are hiring a Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth and key account management across Home Care, Air Care/Air Fresheners, Fine Fragrance, and Personal Care segments.

Key responsibilities
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and map solutions against customer requirements to progress opportunities.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial outreach and demo to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct effective online product demonstrations and presentations for stakeholders and buying committees.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Research accounts, identify key players, build relationships, and expand the addressable contact base.
- Team with marketing and channel partners to build pipeline and execute coordinated campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, pricing, and market trends to inform strategy.
- For chemical products, communicate technical value propositions, application fit, and compliance considerations to industrial customers.
