We are hiring interns (and potential full-time hires) to support our work in client relationship management, recruitment research, and career services. This role is a good fit for graduates/post graduates who want to build a career in Recruitment research, Talent management, Personal Branding, Networking and HR Services

What Youll Do

  • Speak regularly with clients to understand their career needs and requirements
  • Handle team of resume writers and act as the bridge between clients and the resume-writing team to ensure profiles are delivered in the right format and on time
  • Source and analyse job descriptions from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to match with client skillsets
  • Support clients with LinkedIn-related needs (content planning, profile updates, basic networking guidance)
  • Manage and organize data related to clients, job descriptions, and market research
  • Assist senior team members in recruitment operations, talent mapping, and career strategy projects

What We are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good follow-through
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks like client calls, JD sourcing, and coordination with internal teams
  • Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Career Services
  • Bonus: Prior internship or exposure to HR, recruitment, content writing, or career coaching
