Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while aligning HR strategies with the companys growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and manage documentation.
- Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate review cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist with training and development programs.
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
- Address employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a cybersecurity or IT company.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho People, Keka, or similar HRMS.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
