Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening & Interviews:
    Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical/managerial interviews, and ensure timely feedback for candidates.
  • Offer & Negotiation:
