We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,649.57 per month
