Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Human Resources Executive in Recruitment. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and enforcing HR policies. The role includes conducting interviews, developing recruitment strategies, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the HR Executive will handle conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and enforcing HR Policies
  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
