Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Fresher HR Executive who is passionate about starting a career in Human Resources. You will be actively involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and placement coordination with partner colleges.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on HR exposure in a fast-paced AI-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities:

*Recruitment & Hiring

Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

*Onboarding & Documentation

Help with employee joining formalities, ID creation, and record management.

*Employee Engagement

Support in organizing events, cultural activities, and training sessions.

*Placement Support

Coordinate with colleges for student placement drives and training schedules.

*HR Operations

Maintain attendance records, leaves, and basic payroll assistance.

Required Skills:

Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in interacting with students, candidates, and team members.

Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, employee lifecycle).

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Positive attitude, learning mindset, and ability to multitask.

Eligibility

Education

: MBA (HR) or equivalent specialization.

Experience

: Strictly Fresher (0 years) – internships in HR will be an added advantage.
