Role Overview

We are looking for 2
HR Executive
to support our Global People Shared Services team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, employee data management, documentation, and coordination with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    onboarding and offboarding
    activities and maintain employee records accurately.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and contracts.
  • Ensure all employee data is updated correctly in HR systems.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.
  • Support HR audits, reports, and data requests.

Shift:
EMEA Shift / Rotational
(Cab facility available)

US Shift / Rotational
(Cab facility available)

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication
    and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Up to 1 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee management preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
