About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our growing IT team. You will play a vital role in managing day-to-day HR operations, from hiring skilled tech professionals to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires someone who can balance people management with process efficiency in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage performance review processes and assist in policy implementation.
  • Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
