We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Operations Executive
to join our HR team. This role is critical in managing the day-to-day HR functions that support our employees and business operations. You will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Location - Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Coordinate and support payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other operational matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR coordination roles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
