Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Mohali. The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and addressing employee queries. The HR Generalist will work closely with the management team to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and employee relations skills
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and address employee queries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an HR Generalist role is a plus
