We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle both HR Generalist activities and Recruitment, with major hiring responsibilities for IT and Digital Marketing roles. The ideal candidate should be good at end-to-end hiring as well as day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Major Role – IT & Digital Marketing):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.) and Digital Marketing roles (SEO, SMM, Content, PPC, etc.).
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, references, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / team leaders.
- Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and hiring MIS.
HR Generalist Activities:
- Assist in onboarding of new joiners – documentation, induction, orientation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries.
- Support in policy communication, circulars, and notices.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Coordinate with accounts/management for joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Recruiter / HR Generalist.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, especially for IT and Digital Marketing profiles.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and HR tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,005.43 per month
