Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (English-Speaking)

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and fluent English-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role includes engaging with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. Strong communication, customer handling, and persuasive skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups/meetings for the sales team.
  • Reactivate dormant or inactive clients through consistent engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/reporting systems.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and handle client inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct professional, clear, and engaging conversations with prospects.
  • Explain product features and benefits in simple and understandable language.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and industry knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily/weekly outbound calls and emails.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion of calls into scheduled meetings/demos.
  • Client satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products (training provided).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
