Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Manage product preparation, customer relations, and maintenance.
  • Handle inventory management, team management, and recruitment.
  • Execute financial oversight including profit and loss control, cash handling, inventory management, labour oversight, and financial reporting analysis.
  • Develop the restaurant team through interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, discipline, motivation, and training.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment, facilities, and grounds.
  • Ensure food quality and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
  • Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
  • Champion recognition and motivation initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
