Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations for our 5-star luxury and high-end restaurant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record of 12+ years in luxury hospitality, with strong expertise in fine dining, premium restaurant management, and nightlife operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and nightclub ensuring premium guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high service and operational standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of fine dining trends, alcohol,wines, spirits, cheeses, and gourmet offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and sommeliers for curated dining experiences.
  • Drive marketing and promotional activities for brand positioning.
  • Handle customer relations and resolve high-level escalations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, including 5-star hotels, high-end restaurants, and nightclubs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, alcohol, cheeses, and global culinary trends.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and upscale dining experiences.
  • Business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
