Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Pre-sales - DC, located in Gurugram. The Manager Pre-sales will be responsible for leading and managing pre-sales activities, providing technical support to the sales team, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting proposals, conducting market research, collaborating with the product team to create customized solutions, and maintaining strong communication with clients to understand their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Technical Support
  • Proven track record in pre-sales or a related field
  • Should be a SME in dc technologies i.e server, storage, backup, virtualization etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
