Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our glassware sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars & Caterers) segment. The ideal candidate will come with prior experience in the FMCG/Homeware/Glassware/Hospitality or related consumer goods industry, have a strong understanding of on-trade channels, and possess excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. The role requires regular market visits; hence, owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA accounts (restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, caterers).
  • Maintain and grow sales with existing customers through effective relationship management.
  • Execute brand and promotional activities at outlet level to drive visibility and sales.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers, chefs, and owners.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries, product breakages, or delivery issues.
  • Follow up regularly to maintain consistent order flow and high customer satisfaction.

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Plan and conduct structured daily market visits as per route plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, orders, and feedback in the CRM App.
  • Coordinate with distributors/logistics for timely product availability and delivery.
  • Share periodic reports on sales performance, outlet coverage, and market insights with the Key Account Manager.

Team & Market Coordination

  • Support the Key Account Manager in implementing sales strategies in the assigned area.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings and training sessions to enhance market and product knowledge.

What youll need:

  • Education: Graduate (Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience:

  • 24 years of sales experience in FMCG / consumer durable / glassware / beverage / HORECA segment.

  • Strong exposure to on-trade / institutional sales is mandatory.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong planning and territory management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Own two-wheeler (mandatory) with a valid driving license.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
