Territory Sales Executive

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Implement and execute sales plans to achieve target goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacy, to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Manage multiple internal processes efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results on time.
- Develop and maintain basic computer skills, including excel working, word, and email exchanges.
- Stay adaptable to changing market conditions and learn from new experiences.
- Effectively communicate verbally in English and local languages, as well as possess strong written communication skills.
- Deliver high-quality in-clinic performance and demonstrate a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio.
- Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, providing valuable learning opportunities.
- Discipline and punctuality are essential in this role.
- A basic understanding of anatomy and physiology is necessary to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Basic computer skills, including excel working, word, and email exchanges.
