We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented Events Manager to support our on-ground community activation in Mumbai. This is a hands-on role involving event coordination, member onboarding, and community building. You will play a key role in engaging with older adults, helping them feel welcome, and guiding them through their journey with WalkAbout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage WalkAbout on-ground events in Mumbai and nearby areas
  • Coordinate with venue partners and vendors for smooth event execution
  • Interact with senior participants to ensure an inclusive and enjoyable experience
  • Onboard new members to the WalkAbout platform—assist with registration, app navigation, and engagement
  • Capture event feedback and help improve future events
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams for promotions and outreach
  • Maintain attendance and engagement data from events
