Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Client Servicing Executive based in Bandra. The Event Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, handling account management tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, preparing presentations, and ensuring the successful execution of client requirements. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and seamless collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in communication throughout project stages.
- Understand client requirements in detail and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of event deliverables.
- Oversee event requirements end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to client needs.
- Anticipate potential challenges, provide proactive solutions, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in event management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
