Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to boost reach and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the online community, respond to messages/comments, and build relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute influencer/partnership campaigns when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager.
- Ability to create engaging content (visual, written, and video-based).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and adjust strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
