Ghosting Web Tech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic digital marketing and IT company specializing in comprehensive digital solutions for businesses. We are currently looking for a Social Media Intern who is enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about digital marketing and social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and report on engagement, growth, and trends.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and assist in managing online community interactions.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to propose content ideas and social media strategies.
- Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics and media.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is an advantage.
