Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate developments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
- Manage all documentation and coordinate with legal teams for agreements and registrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and channel partner meets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
