Skill Sets/Eligibility Criteria's –

 Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders

 BPO International calling experience is a must

 Good communication skills

 Must have basic computer knowledge

 Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)

 Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).

 Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

 Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts

 US Healthcare knowledge is preferred

 A.R callers (Added Advantage)

 US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)

 Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred

 Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers

 Candidates are going to be interviewed and screened by specialized English Academy trainers from iMerit

*** Odd-hour transportation till the nodal point will be provided by the company.

*** Should be comfortable in night shift
