We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Kolkata. If you have 6 months to 8 years of experience in voice support and excellent English communication skills, this is your chance

  • Provide accurate solutions and resolve customer issues
  • Meet performance KPIs (quality, productivity, attendance)

Job Details:

  • Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
  • Shift: Rotational (Mostly Night Shifts)
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week Offs)
  • Interview Mode: Virtual
  • Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
  • Experience: 6 months 8 years in International Voice Process
  • Salary: Based on interview (up to 5 LPA)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
