Job Highlights:

  • Profile: International Voice Process (Customer Support + Upselling)

  • Process Type: Inbound UK Telecom

  • Shifts: Rotational (Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM 1:30 AM IST)

  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Split Offs)

  • Salary:

  • Freshers: 15,000 Monthly Take Home + Lucrative Incentives

  • Experienced: 30% Hike on Last CTC 3.4 LPA (Upto 25,000 Monthly Take Home and 28,000 Monthly CTC) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries for a leading UK telecom brand

  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades/services (Upselling)

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Strong command over spoken English
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Prior BPO experience preferred but not mandatory
