1.Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post openings, and maintain applicant databases.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction into the organization.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries, grievances, and feedback.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Support in maintaining a positive work culture and team morale.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain and update attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
  • Ensure compliance with company leave policies and handle related queries.
  • Coordinate with payroll for accurate attendance inputs.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee personal files, HRIS database, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer, confirmation, appraisal, and warning letters.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.) in coordination with vendors/consultants.
  • Assist in audits and maintain proper HR documentation.

5. Payroll Coordination

  • Provide monthly inputs for payroll — attendance, new joiners, exits, and deductions.
  • Verify and reconcile salary reports before disbursement.

6. Exit & Final Settlement

  • Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement process.
  • Analyze attrition data and suggest retention strategies.

7. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
