Intra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology and manufacturing company specializing in advanced solutions for Railway, Industrial, and Mobility sectors, including Lighting Systems, HVAC Fabric Ducts, Power Electronics, and Safety Products.

The company also operates a parallel business, Kamdhenu Agrovet, focused on animal feed manufacturing and distribution across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions for Intra Industries Pvt. Ltd. and support hiring for Kamdhenu Agrovet.

This role demands a strong understanding of both manufacturing setups and field/sales hiring, along with the ability to maintain a high level of cultural alignment and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

For Intra Industries Pvt. Ltd.

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance evaluation frameworks, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring across engineering, design, production, and support functions.
  • Manage employee documentation, HR records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive and accountable work culture aligned with Intras growth mindset.
  • Support leadership in team-building and organizational development initiatives.

For Kamdhenu Agrovet

  • Lead recruitment for sales, field, and operational staff across regions.
  • Coordinate with business heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on both skill and cultural fit.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles within manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG-like environments.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment for both plant and sales profiles.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, statutory norms, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and coordination skills.
