Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (B2C) based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and driving property transactions to completion. Daily tasks include engaging with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales pipelines, and building strong client relationships. The role includes meeting sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in Sales and Sales Management for driving transactions and meeting targets.
  • Experience in providing Training to team members or junior staff is an added benefit.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and understanding of the real estate market is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
