Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of the sales team, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, engaging with clients, and closing sales deals. Additional duties include analyzing sales reports, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills: Experience in sales strategies, closing sales deals, and client engagement
- Management skills: Ability to assist in managing a sales team and analyzing sales reports
- Research skills: Conducting market research to identify new leads and opportunities
- Customer service skills: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
