Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building efforts, drive engagement across channels, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.)

Content & Communication

  • Oversee creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data insights
  • Prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and lead generation

Team & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, academic departments) and external vendors
  • Build strategic partnerships with media outlets and community organizations

Budget & Compliance

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
  • Ensure all materials meet compliance and brand standards

Job Type: Full-time
