Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1) Offline B2B Marketing Campaigns
- Plan & execute offline campaigns (seminars, workshops, brochures, flyers, standees, banners).
- Organize events in NEET coaching institutes, academic institutions, coaching center, colleges & career fairs to build awareness and generate leads.
- Develop strategic tie-ups with educational institutions, associations, and community groups.
- Strengthen brand visibility through ground activations like medical career awareness programs.
2) Sales & Institutional Outreach
- Identify and connect with NEET coaching institutes, school managements & principals across multiple states.
- Travel extensively to pitch, present, and close institutional partnerships.
- Support the sales team with offline lead generation strategies and nurture pipelines.
3) Relationship Building & Client Management
- Build long-term trust-based partnerships with institutional clients.
- Conduct periodic meetings & reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a consultant/advisor for institutes on student career mentoring solutions.
4 Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with creative teams to design impactful offline collaterals (brochures, presentations, displays).
- Track offline campaign ROI, footfall, leads generated & conversion rates.
- Provide market insights to leadership to refine go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) and digital marketing tools.
- Solid experience in content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn B2B outreach, and paid ad campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform business decisions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of client acquisition and engagement.
