
Sales Manager

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales initiatives. The role involves driving partnerships with architects, interior designers, schools, hospitals, and retail clients, while also building a strong sales pipeline and team for Little Poppets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and onboard architects, designers, dealers, and institutional clients (schools, hospitals, play areas, etc.).
Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track sales metrics and provide performance reports.
Build and lead a small sales team as the brand scales.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, design events, and client meetings.
Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's unique value proposition effectively.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in sales (preferably interiors, furniture, or modular industry).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about design and interiors.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
