  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), then monitor progress through data analysis and provide regular feedback.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and the closing of deals.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and external stakeholders.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to support strategic objectives.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
