Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head at AQUILA FINANCE LIMITED, located in Thrissur. The Business Head will oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategic plans, manage staff, and ensure financial targets are met. The role includes liaising with stakeholders, improving service quality, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include identifying market opportunities and leading project teams.

- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Experience in the finance industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
