
Business Development Manager

- Understand client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable general insurance products.
- Source quotes from multiple insurers and compare policies based on coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms.
- Negotiate terms with insurance companies to secure the most beneficial coverage for the client.
- Handle end-to-end policy placement, renewals, and endorsements.
- Educate clients about policy details, including claim procedures and exclusions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Assist clients in the event of claims by coordinating with insurance companies and supporting documentation.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, product offerings, and market trends in general insurance.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications as per IRDAI guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
