Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic
Head of Operations
to lead AGRIM's supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and customer support operations. The role demands deep operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to
run operations at scale through structured, process-driven flows
while continuously improving efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Leadership at Scale
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations
    , including dispatch, mid-mile, and last-mile movements for both Part-Truck Load (PTL) and Full-Truck Load (FTL) shipments.
  • Lead and optimize warehousing operations
    across pan-India locations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Own and elevate the customer support function
    , delivering a high-quality support experience while driving cost efficiency.
