We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Head to lead and manage our operational framework, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and smooth functioning across our centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for centers, staff, and support teams.
  • Monitor and improve administrative, academic, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of programs, events, and parent engagement activities.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management for decision-making.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with management on business expansion, franchisee models, and scaling operations.
