Looking for Dynamic Leader for one of the leading Power Generation Company

Position : Group Head Operations and Maintenance.

Level : Leadership

Reporting : To Managing Director & Chairman

Location : Gurugram / Gurgaon.

Education : BE / BTech Mechanical / Electrical from reputed institution.

Experience : 20 to 25 Yrs

Industry Exposure : Power Generation. (Thermal Power Generation)

Brief Role : Should have exclusive knowledge on Power Generation , Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants.

  • Lead the strategic growth of the organization.
  • Manager overall operations of the organization while working closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Should be able to work with the Investors.
  • Should have deep understanding of PPA, Fuel linkage, Operation and Maintenance of Thermal PowerPlants.
  • Should be able to work closely with State Utilities / Regional Dispatch centers / Central Regulatory Authorities.
  • Ensure Peak Plant Performance and monitor the PPA agreement.
  • Ensure best in class management and safety practices.
  • Lead Cultural Change and Organization Development.
