Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have their own two-wheeler, basic knowledge of computers and software, and a passion for field sales. This role involves meeting clients, generating leads, maintaining relationships, and ensuring sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients to present products/services and explain their features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to share with management.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and submit to the manager.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and documentation.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner while working in the field.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role (preferred, fresher can also apply).
  • Mandatory: Candidate must have their own bike and a valid driving license.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office, email, and CRM/software tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,518.57 per month
