Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior point of contact for customers and channel partners, managing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods.
  • Coordinate complex order fulfillment processes, ensuring proactive communication of any changes or delays to customers.
  • Address inquiries related to quotations, orders, product availability, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive the Order to Cash process, including order creation, purchase order processing, and shipping document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and critical metrics, contributing to department success.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, adhering to corporate guidelines.
  • Manage interactions across borders, collaborating with global collaborators in various time zones and cultures.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Should have completed Graduation
  • Should have 7 to 9 Years of expereince in Order Management, Customer Support and PO, Inovice reconcilation related activities
  • Strong finance knowledge is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and high-quality service orientation.
  • Proficiency in system navigation and using online resources.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
