Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer queries. The role involves assisting clients with service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication solutions, and possibly performing field service tasks as needed. The individual will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Communication to provide excellent client service and manage inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve product or system-related issues.
- Experience in Field Service is a plus for addressing on-site customer needs when required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
