Essential Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sales leadership roles.

· Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.

· Expertise in sales forecasting, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.

· Advanced proficiency in CRM, sales technology, and analytics tools.

Must-Have Skills

· Team Leadership for building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams.

· Strong Communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to close complex deals.

· Deep product knowledge and customer focus to drive tailored sales approaches.

· Strategic thinking and ability to adapt sales plans to market trends.

· Business acumen for budgeting, reporting, and aligning sales with broader business objectives.

· Interpersonal and conflict management for collaborating across organisational functions.

· Technical proficiency with digital sales tools and processes.

· Demonstrated results in managing change, scaling teams, and expanding into new markets.
