Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation:Preparing and reviewing various shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Compliance:Ensuring all documentation meets the legal and regulatory requirements for both import and export, both domestically and internationally.
  • Shipment Tracking:Monitoring and tracking the status of shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Coordination:Coordinating with various parties, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
  • Documentation Management:Maintaining accurate records and organizing documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Reporting:Preparing daily reports on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
  • Payment Processing:Managing and verifying payment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
  • Review and Update SOPs:Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures to ensure proper documentation practices.
